- B2B Sales (The fun part)
Individuals must be looking to have an opportunity to build something for themselves that goes beyond a paycheck. People in this position must be willing to offer something that will help others protect themselves and their families. Phone calls, emails, and door to door visits with people who can say "yes" to what we are offering are part of your daily success routine. Training and a team concept will be provided and mandatory for all. Lastly, the candidate will know how to have fun because if we're not having fun then we're doing it wrong. We change lives for the better. What's not fun about that?
- Benefits Counselor/Advisor
Candidates must be willing to talk one on one with employees about the benefits offerings the company is bringing to them through their payroll deduction process. Candidates will be efficient and understand the products well enough so they can assist in determining what options are best for the individual. Schedules are normally flexible and will be coordinated with management regularly. Opportunities to grow locally, state-wide, and nationally can take place. Income is based on willingness to be available and professionalism. Training in both product and sales will be offered and provided.
